Dr. Amin Mohammed Agha

Chairman of the Board and Head of Cybersecurity

Chairman of the Board and Head of Cybersecurity at Athar Academy, and a PhD researcher in cybersecurity. He holds a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity with first-class honors and is considered one of the prominent experts in cybersecurity and information security. He combines academic and professional expertise in developing advanced programs, building technical leadership, and empowering national talents in the field of cybersecurity.

Eng. Mostafa Nabih

CEO and Head of Data

CEO and Head of Data at Athar Academy, ranked second in Africa in the field of Artificial Intelligence, and a certified instructor with Microsoft, Huawei, Google, and the French university EPITA. He also works as an instructor with the Saudi Ministry of Communications, the Egyptian Ministry of Communications, and the Information Technology Institute (ITI), and is considered one of the experts in the data field.

Dr. Mohamed Fouad Fakhr El-Din

Projects Management Director and Head of Project Management

Projects Management Director and Head of Project Management at Athar Academy. He has more than 25 years of experience across diverse industrial fields, including 15 years in project and program management and 10 years in training. He has extensive experience leading initiatives within private-sector organizations, non-governmental organizations, and government entities in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States. He also contributed to preparing the PMBOK Guide – Eighth Edition.

Throughout my long journey in technical training and data analytics, and as a certified instructor from Microsoft, Google, and the French university EPITA, I have witnessed market challenges closely and experienced a reality shared across the Arab world: the growing gap between what is taught in training rooms and the rapidly evolving practical skills required by today’s companies.

I have seen tremendous young potential that only needs practical tools and a clear methodology to turn that potential into tangible professional achievement. From this vision, Athar Academy was established.

We did not establish Athar to be just another training center that adds a paper certificate to your professional profile. We wanted it to be a real bridge that takes you from theoretical knowledge to professional mastery and full readiness for the labor market.

Registration with the National eLearning Center – FutureX

Athar Academy was officially registered with the National eLearning Center through the FutureX platform, as part of efforts to ensure the quality of e-learning and compliance with approved national regulations and standards in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

September 30, 2025

Strategic Partnership with Athar Training Center

Athar Academy signed a strategic partnership agreement with Athar Training Center to manage and operate the educational process inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through the center.

Under this partnership, Athar Academy training programs are implemented in Saudi Arabia through Athar Training Center, and trainee certificates are issued with accreditation from the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC), in accordance with the approved regulations and systems in the Kingdom.

Strategic Partnership with IBM

Athar Academy signed a strategic partnership agreement with IBM to train and qualify academy students and graduates in advanced digital and technical skills.
