No, the training or testing can be done outside the Kingdom or through an international entity via the internet, provided that the refund conditions are met and official invoices are submitted.

1. The applicant must be a Saudi national (men or women).
2. The certificate must be included in the list of professional certificates approved by the "Hadaf"fund.
3. The date of issue of the certificate should not exceed 6 months from the time of submission.
4. Must not have received support more than twice (only two certificates are supported throughout the benefit period).
5. He must have paid the fees himself without support from the employer, with a declaration to that effect.
6. Provide official invoices for the test and/or training (in Arabic, English or with a certified translation).
7. The donor of the certificate must be internationally recognized or listed among the accredited bodies of "Hadaf".
8. Submit the application via the "Taqat" platform with the required documents being submitted fully and correctly.
9. Attach the IBAN number to the beneficiary's name to transfer the support amount after acceptance.
🔁 The processing of the application and verification of documents takes up to 40 working days, and after approval the amount is transferred directly to the beneficiary's bank account.

The application must be submitted within 6 months from the date of issuance of the certificate, the application will not be accepted after this period.
