By using the service in any way, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms, whether as an individual or as a representative of another party.

When registering on the platform, you are obliged to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to keep your login details confidential.

4. Modification of terms

Athar reserves the right to amend these terms at any time as a result of legal or technical changes or in order to improve the service. Users are notified of material modifications via the platform or e-mail. Your continued use of the service after the modification is an implicit acceptance of the updated Terms.

5. Price changes

Athar may modify the prices of subscriptions or services at any time. The new price is applied upon renewal or new subscription and does not affect prepaid subscriptions during their current cycle.

6. Plans and subscriptions

The available services and features vary depending on the type of subscription, and may include free, individual, institutional, or educational plans, each with its own terms and conditions of use.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

It is forbidden to use the platform or Athar’s services in any illegal activities, to misuse the content, to republish it without prior written permission, or to imitate or compete with the service by any means.

"Athar" does not guarantee the achievement of specific educational results. Educational content is used at the user’s own responsibility. In the case of programs that include a guarantee of certain results, the guarantee is valid only within the stated terms of that program.

11. Limitation of liability

"Athar" does not assume any responsibility for direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including data loss or service interruption.

12. User-Submitted Content

When the user submits any content through the platform, they grant Athar a non-exclusive and permanent license to use that content for developmental or marketing purposes, without prejudice to their intellectual property rights.

13. Force majeure

14. Refund and subscription renewal

The user has the right to request a refund of the fee within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of payment, provided that a significant part of the content has not been consumed and no key assessment has been passed. The refund request will not be accepted after this period unless there is a material technical defect that prevents the use of the service. The subscription is automatically renewed unless canceled by the user. If the subscription is not renewed within 14 days from the end date of the subscription, access to the content will be suspended.

15. Conflict resolution

Athar encourages resolving conflicts amicably. If this is not possible, the disputes will be referred to the competent judicial authorities of the United Kingdom, unless otherwise agreed.

16. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and the courts of the United Kingdom will have jurisdiction in the event of any dispute, unless an alternative judicial authority has been agreed.

17. Consent upon registration

By registering on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms, that you agree to any future amendments, and that you are committed to the responsible use of the service.

18. Marketing and advertising communications

The user agrees to receive updates and offers from Athar and can unsubscribe at any time. Non-identifying data may also be used for analytical and marketing purposes, including advertising via social media platforms.
