Fee Refund Policy
At AtharHub, we are keen to provide a high-quality and satisfying learning experience for all learners.
1. Refund period
The user has the right to request a full refund of the fee within 7 يومًا من بداية المعسكر، بشرط عدم تجاوز نسبة المشاركة في الدورة او المعسكر 20% of the training content and have not passed any major assessment.
2. Ensuring educational satisfaction
If the learner does not feel a real benefit from the course during the first 7 يومًا, they can request a full refund by submitting a note explaining the reason for the dissatisfaction.
3. Cases eligible for refund
- There is a technical glitch that blocks access to the content and has not been resolved within 3 business days.
- The user’s registration in the course did not match what was described, or the course was withdrawn without providing a suitable alternative.
- An error occurred in the payment process, or a duplicate debit was made.
4. Cases not eligible for refund
- إكمال نسبة ٢٠% من المحتوى أو الحصول على شهادة إتمام.
- تقديم طلب الاسترداد بعد مرور أكثر من 7 يومًا من تاريخ الدفع.
6. Application mechanism
The request will be reviewed within 5 working days. If approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 to 14 working days. 5 working daysThe amount will be refunded to the payment method during 7 to 14 working days In case of approval.
7. Policy updates
Athar reserves the right to amend this policy when necessary and will notify users to ensure transparency and continuous improvement of the service.
