Fluent Forms Pro is a drag-and-drop form builder for WordPress. Arrange fields and sections without writing code to create contact forms, applications, registrations, product orders, donations, quizzes, surveys, and calculators. Responsive, accessible layouts support visitors using various devices and needs.

Pro includes more than 55 input fields, including image and file uploads, phone fields, ratings, checkable grids, range sliders, color pickers, dynamic fields, and chained selects. Multi-column layouts place fields side by side, while multi-step forms divide longer forms into sections.

Use responses to guide each submission

Conditional logic can show relevant fields based on a visitor's answers. You can set confirmation messages to change when specified conditions are met, route email notifications according to submission details, and use advanced validation to control the information a form accepts.

Conversational forms present one question at a time and can be shared through direct URLs, shortcodes, or HTML embedding. Pro visitors can customize their fonts, colors, and backgrounds. Visitors can navigate questions with scrolling and key presses.

Take payments and generate calculations

Create payment, product order, subscription, and donation forms with fields for product details, quantities, payment methods, and summaries. Pro lists integrations with PayPal, Stripe, Razorpay, Paddle, Square, Paystack, Mollie, and Authorize.net. The plugin listing states that its free version's Stripe payments have a 1.9% transaction fee; Pro removes that fee, while Stripe's own charges still apply.

Numeric calculations can power forms for car loan, BMI, mortgage, or tax estimates. Set minimum and maximum values for numeric inputs. After submission, the PDF capability can generate invoices, reports, or order summaries for visitors to download or receive by email.

Manage quizzes, surveys, and entries

Build scored quizzes and show performance after submission or by email. Surveys can display their results, while reporting tools help review submissions and other form data. Inventory management, advanced search filters, admin approval, and automatic entry deletion support structured processes.

Other Pro capabilities include user registration, advanced post and custom post type creation, address autocomplete, geo-location provider support, SMS notifications, and double opt-in. More than 60 third-party integrations are listed, with additional connections available through Zapier.

Style forms and move existing ones

The Advanced Form Styler includes controls for colors, fonts, box shadows, borders, margins, and padding. You can also import styles from previous forms. The one-click migrator works with transitions from Contact Form 7, WPForms, Caldera Forms, Ninja Forms, and Gravity Forms.

Install Fluent Forms Pro in WordPress and open the drag-and-drop builder. Select a reusable template or create a form, add its fields, configure conditional logic or payment settings, and adjust the styling. Publish the finished form using the available WordPress form placement options.
