Frontend Admin Pro extends Frontend Admin with tools for managing WordPress content and user data through frontend forms. Build forms for posts, pages, customers, terms, ACF fields, custom meta data, and other supported data, then display them with a Gutenberg block or shortcode. Clients and other users can work with these forms without entering the WordPress dashboard.
Manage content and user data
Frontend forms can add, edit, publish, or trash posts, edit user profiles, and register users. Pro also lets users edit global options. For example, when shared header or footer content is stored in an ACF options page, a form can provide a way to update it.
Set form visibility by user role or specific users, and hide the WordPress admin area from selected users. To let users select post categories, add a taxonomy field and set its type to Category. Forms can also open in a modal window when someone clicks a button.
Set submission rules and email actions
Limit how many times all users or specific users can submit a form. Pro email actions can send any number of emails upon submission, with form data mapped to fields such as the recipient address, from address, subject, and message. Add the required fields, then configure the email options in the form.
Style forms and add payments
Use the Style tab with Elementor to style a form and its buttons. Multi-step forms divide a longer process into stages. Forms can also accept payments through Stripe or PayPal upon submission, and WooCommerce integration lets users add products from the frontend.
Integrations and setup
Frontend Admin has built-in integrations with WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, SureCart, Advanced Custom Fields, and Pods. It works with Elementor, Bricks Builder, Spectra Website Builder, Divi Builder, Beaver Builder, Thrive Architect, Gutenberg, and Oxygen Builder.
Install Frontend Admin in WordPress, create a form with the form builder, and configure its fields, permissions, display method, and Pro options. Then place it with a Gutenberg block or shortcode.
