Jotform Online Embed Forms lets you build forms without coding and add them to WordPress pages and posts. Bronze is a paid Jotform plan, alongside Silver and Gold. Paid plans offer more forms and monthly submission capacity than Starter, with options to remove Jotform branding. Exact limits depend on the plan.

Forms can collect contact details, registrations, applications, survey responses, feedback, file uploads, and payments. Responsive layouts adapt to desktop and mobile screens.

Build and tailor forms

Use the drag-and-drop builder to add, remove, and rearrange fields. Start with a blank form or customize one of more than 10,000 templates for contact, booking, order, payment, event, registration, feedback, or application workflows. Adjust logos, colors, and fonts, or add custom CSS.

Conditional logic can show or hide fields based on a user’s answers. Multilingual forms support audiences using various languages.

Payments, integrations, and notifications

Connect more than 40 payment gateways, including PayPal, Stripe, Square, and Authorize.Net, to sell products, collect donations, or set up recurring payments. Forms can also connect with services such as Google Sheets, Slack, Zoom, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Mailchimp. Configure email or mobile push alerts for new submissions.

Fields and workflow utilities

The Report Builder turns submissions into visual reports and dashboards, and collaboration tools let teammates work together on forms and responses. Additional fields and widgets support electronic signatures, calculations, terms and conditions, photo capture, image annotation, appointment slots, image uploads, star ratings, calendars, and geolocation.

Security options

Available security capabilities include 256-bit SSL encryption, form encryption, spam protection, PCI compliance, and GDPR compliance. HIPAA compliance is available only to Gold visitors.
