Which forms can it handle?
Use it for contact and support requests, surveys, polls, quizzes, questionnaires, bookings, orders, subscriptions, applications, cost estimates, file collection, and payment forms. Booking forms can include date and time pickers. Quiz forms can show various messages or outcomes based on scores, and math logic can calculate values from user selections and input.
How should visitors move through a form?
Keep a short form on one page or divide a longer questionnaire, booking, or quiz into steps with progress indicators. Conversational forms can present one question at a time, while interactive forms can use live input. Conditional logic can show or hide fields, sections, or steps based on a user’s selections and submitted values.
Where can a form appear?
Embed forms in page or post content, add them to a sidebar with a WordPress widget, or open them in a modal popup. Other show options include sliding forms and sticky side tabs. Popups can be triggered by a button, link, page element, time delay, scroll position, or exit intent.
What happens after submission?
File upload fields support document and other file collection. Built-in options include file type validation, autoresponders, administrator notifications, confirmation messages, and anti-spam controls. Submissions are stored in the WordPress database, where they can be viewed and exported to Excel. PayPal integration works with payment, order, and booking forms that receive payments through PayPal.
How do you set up a form?
Install and activate NEX-Forms Pro in WordPress, then open the form builder and start a form. Add and arrange fields, configure any steps, calculations, conditional rules, notifications, or confirmations, then preview the layout. Embed the finished form in page or post content, or select a popup or triggered display.
