picu Pro: Photo Proofing and Client Approvals in WordPress
picu Pro gives photographers a private gallery on their WordPress website where clients can review a photo collection, make selections and leave feedback. The gallery keeps choices and image-specific notes together for the approval process.

Prepare the collection for review
Create a gallery and add the pictures clients need to review. For larger collections, upload images to your web server via FTP and import them into picu.
Proofing collections use a theme-independent design. With Pro, add a custom logo and tailor the client gallery’s appearance to your branding. You can also add watermarks to uploads. These and other security capabilities are intended to help protect your work during proofing.
Choose how clients can respond
Set a minimum or maximum number of images clients can choose, or define a selection range. These rules give clients a clear quota to follow. Clients can also add comments and markers to individual images, keeping feedback with the photograph it refers to.
For picture access, you can enable a ZIP download containing all images for a gallery or client. The download option is optional and can be configured for each gallery or client.
Send the gallery and collect approvals
Once the collection is ready, use picu’s automated email to send it to clients, or copy the gallery link and share it separately. When a client approves the collection, picu sends an email notification so you know the selection is ready.
For projects with several clients, send a collection to multiple recipients and receive individual selections associated with the relevant recipients. Retrieve the final selections and incorporate them into your preferred photo management workflow.
