S2W - Import Shopify to WooCommerce Pro: Store Migration

S2W - Import Shopify to WooCommerce Pro transfers Shopify products and supported store data to a WooCommerce store. For API imports, connect with Shopify API credentials. Pro also supports CSV imports for products; orders, clients, settings, and other store records use the API connection. WooCommerce must be installed for the add-on to work.

Choose products and import settings

Import unlimited products with variations, current stock and prices, categories, product pictures, galleries, and variation images. Product images are queued for import to help avoid overloading the server. Keep the imported products' categories or assign them to a specific category, set their status to publish, pending, or draft, and choose an import sequence by title, created date, or updated date.

Import selected products by Shopify product ID, or filter them by product type, collection ID, published-before date, and published-after date. Product data can include metafields such as SEO titles and descriptions, plus barcode, vendor, and product type information. Images inside product descriptions can also be migrated, with their source URLs replaced after transfer.

After import, product updates can include images, title, inventory, description, price, SKU, attributes, and slug.

Keep products and orders updated

Webhooks can automatically import or update new products, orders, and customers. Schedule product updates for prices or quantities, and schedule order updates. Order update options include order status, date, and fulfillments.

For product imports without the Shopify API, Pro includes CSV import. CSV is an alternative for products; other store records use the API connection.

Import other store data

• Orders: Import payment and shipping methods, customer details, totals, subtotals, tax, discounts, shipping costs, currency, creation dates, addresses, line items, discount codes, order numbers, fulfillment details, and browser and customer-agent information. You can configure how many orders to process per AJAX request, filter orders by creation or import date, and choose an import sequence.
• Store settings: Migrate the site title, admin email, store address, location, timezone, weight unit, currency code, and currency format, along with shipping zones, shipping methods, and tax names, rates, locations, and shipping settings.
• Pages and blogs: Transfer page titles and content, and blog titles, content, categories, tags, and featured images.
• Coupons: Import supported coupon types and their amounts, usage limits, expiry dates, minimum amounts, and related settings.
• Customers: Import names, phone numbers, company details, and address information.

Migration logs let you review the import process. If product requests return errors, you can adjust the number of products processed per AJAX request in the extension settings.

Set up an import

Install and activate WooCommerce and S2W in WordPress. For an API import, enter the Shopify API credentials in the plugin settings. Select the products or store data to migrate, then configure product status, import sequence, filters, and image options before starting. For product imports from CSV, use the CSV import option instead. Review the migration logs when the transfer finishes, then configure webhooks or scheduled updates if you need ongoing imports or updates.
