WidgetKit Pro adds Elementor widgets, templates and layouts for landing pages, blogs, portfolios, WooCommerce stores and LMS course sites. Marketers, designers and website owners can arrange sections with drag-and-drop controls and tailor each element without writing code.
The collection includes more than 40 widgets overall, with more than 27 additional elements in Pro. WidgetKit also includes more than 29 premium layouts and a template library for previewing or importing templates with one click. Four LearnDash templates are listed for course pages.
Arrange content with widgets
Widgets cover common page sections and interactions, including animated headlines, buttons with modals, blog carousels and image layouts, click-to-tweet sections, contact forms, galleries, portfolios, pricing tables, testimonials, team sections, countdowns, sliders, tilt boxes and social sharing. Pro examples include Post Tab, Post Carousel, Smart List, Grid Slider and Headline Slider, which present posts in tabs, carousels, lists or sliders.
Build shop and course pages
WooCommerce elements include Woo Products, Woo Product Carousel, Woo Categories and Woo Recent Product for displaying products, carousels, categories and recent entries within Elementor pages.
For learning sites, WidgetKit includes elements and integration for LearnDash, LearnPress and Sensei. The listed LearnDash templates offer another starting point for course pages.
Add animation and responsive controls
Lottie Animation accepts a LottieFiles link or JSON file. Video Popup can display YouTube or Vimeo videos in a popup, with an autoplay option. WidgetKit elements include controls for adjusting their content and layout, and sections are designed to adapt across devices.
Load assets for the widgets in use
WidgetKit conditionally loads CSS and JavaScript for the widgets used on each page instead of loading every widget’s assets everywhere. This reduces requests and page weight when a page uses only part of the collection. The loading behavior does not quantify a page’s actual speed or Core Web Vitals; those results depend on the widgets and other assets on that page.
Requirements and first use
The listed minimum requirements are WordPress 6.0, Elementor 3.0 and PHP 7.0. The listing recommends the latest WordPress and Elementor versions and PHP 7.4 or later.
