Choose a daily, weekly, or custom recurring schedule, or add multiple fixed dates to one event. Customers can select an available date or time before booking. Recurring schedules fit a class series, while fixed dates can organize sessions for a workshop or performance.
Collect details for each attendee
Create custom registration forms for individual attendees and use conditional logic to display fields when they apply. For example, a form can request a school name when a customer selects a child ticket. A global attendee form can also be assigned to multiple events.
After successful registration and payment, generate a PDF ticket for each attendee. Single-ticket mode can issue one ticket per order. Automatic confirmation emails can be set by payment status and include the PDF with company and event details.
Manage bookings after checkout
The attendee dashboard shows registration details. Admins can edit attendee information and change event dates through bulk attendee edits. Export attendee data as CSV with configurable fields and extra service details, or email event updates to attendees from the dashboard. Pro sales reports show event-wise ticket sales.
Use the store’s payment setup
Event payments go through the WooCommerce checkout and gateways enabled in the store, such as Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, bank transfer, cash on delivery, and local gateways. Pro also supports custom payment methods, including PayPal, Stripe, and offline options.
Configure the booking flow
Install and activate WpEvently Pro on a WordPress website running WooCommerce. Create an event, set its recurring schedule or fixed dates, configure ticket choices and the attendee form, then select a WooCommerce payment method or custom payment option. Review the booking and email flow before opening the event for bookings.
