Choose a format, placement, and audience
Display a campaign as a popup, fly-in, or full-screen message. Campaigns are responsive, with an option to turn off popup display on mobile devices. You can display a campaign across the website or restrict it to selected pages, posts, custom post types, a specific post or page, or a URL. Audience rules let you target logged-in or non-logged-in users, such as showing a subscription prompt with an embedded form to guests.
Set the conditions for display
Campaigns can execute during a chosen start and end period or on selected days of the week. Other controls let you select random campaigns, add a delay after page load, and set display intervals such as every page load or once per page. You can also limit how many times a campaign appears to a customer.
For action-based display, a popup or fly-in can respond to JavaScript hover or click events. Page-leave intent detection can show a popup when a visitor moves the cursor toward closing the tab. Inactivity detection can show one after the visitor has stopped moving the mouse and typing for a specified number of seconds.
Adjust presentation and review activity
Custom effects control popup visual and audio behavior. You can add a blur or semi-transparent overlay, style an inner border and shadow, and customize the close button’s look and position. A sticky trigger button lets users open a popup manually. Multiple popups can appear on the same page, with individual z-index settings to control their stacking order.
The Pro edition includes a forms builder and forms support. Campaign statistics in the popup reporting area track clicks and impressions, so you can review activity across different messages, placements, or display settings.
