Contact Form 7 to Any API PRO sends form submissions from WordPress to CRMs, webhooks, marketing platforms, and other endpoints that accept POST or GET requests with structured data. Configure endpoints, payloads, headers, and authentication for each integration. The base extension supports up to five API connections; PRO enables unlimited connections per site and can send data to multiple APIs.

Choose the payload and request settings

• Map form fields into multi-level or other custom JSON structures.
• Set header parameters for API keys, Basic or Bearer credentials, and content type values.
• Choose numerical fields and map them as integers.
• Choose whether the API request runs before or after the Contact Form 7 email is sent.

The base integration supports POST and GET requests, Basic Auth, Bearer Auth, and file conversion to Base64 for API delivery.

Handle files and authorization

Recover failed requests and review entries

Retry failed API calls automatically or manually, and bulk retry multiple failed calls from the log screen. PRO failure notifications can go to multiple recipients.

API logs can record form submissions and API responses. Administrators can manage submitted data, export Contact Form 7 entries in CSV, Excel, or PDF, or print them. Automatic log deletion can remove logs older than a configured number of days. Data remains in WordPress until it is successfully sent to the selected API.
