Contact Form to Email Pro lets you create WordPress contact forms, send submissions to chosen email addresses, and keep a database record of incoming messages. You can manage form setup and submission records from the WordPress administration area.
Build forms and configure fields
Use the visual drag-and-drop builder to add and arrange fields, set labels, and configure validation rules. Labels and validation messages can be entered in any language, including languages that use special characters. For a multi-column layout, assign the predefined column2, column3, or column4 CSS class to fields that should share a line.
You can tailor notification emails as plain text or HTML. A fixed sender address is recommended because some hosting providers do not support sending from a visitor’s address, which can also trigger spam filtering. The visitor’s address can be set as the reply-to address.
Send notifications and reply to messages
Send submission notifications to one or more addresses. Administrator notifications and email confirmations to visitors can be enabled or disabled in the settings, and you can configure an automatic reply for the person who submits a form.
From the messages list, reply to a submission directly. The built-in AI assistant can draft a response using the original message and optional instructions, without requiring an API key. You can review the draft before sending; sent replies are added to the message record.
Review, export, and report on submissions
Search messages by text, filter by date range, and select whether to view one form or all forms. Print a selected list, edit or delete submissions, and export filtered data to CSV or Excel. CSV exports contain a header row and one submission per row, with form fields in columns.
Reports display submissions by day or hour and the values entered for a selected form field or metadata field. You can also schedule email reports for all forms or for an individual form, with submissions attached as a data file. Report frequency is set in days.
Choose how visitors submit the form
Built-in CAPTCHA helps reduce spam without requiring an external anti-spam service. Choose classic or Ajax submission, then configure whether visitors are redirected to a thank-you page or see a confirmation message on the form page without a refresh.
For privacy-oriented form setup, IP tracking can be turned off and an Accept terms / GDPR field is available. Forms can be added to a page or post with the provided block or editor integration.
Install and configure
Before installing the Pro edition, delete the free version if it is installed. Removing the free version does not remove plugin data or settings. If an earlier version remains during an upload, remove it first or overwrite the extension files through an FTP connection.
After installation, create or adjust fields, set validation rules and notification recipients, then choose submission and confirmation behavior. If non-Latin characters display incorrectly, the troubleshoot area lets you change database character encoding; UTF-8 is the suggested first option.
