Collect different kinds of input
Range sliders capture numeric values visually, while responsive signature pads collect electronic signatures and rating fields gather star ratings and feedback. Select2 dropdowns support search, AJAX, and multiple selections. Image radio fields show choices with images, toggle fields offer switch-style choices, and styled checkbox and radio controls change how options appear. A WYSIWYG field lets users enter formatted content.
Guide fields and responses
Conditional logic can show or conceal fields according to other field values. It can also trigger conditional redirects, emails, or Mailchimp integrations. Input masks guide entries such as dates, phone numbers, and credit card details. The Country Code Field adds an international dial-code dropdown with flags to telephone fields, and the Country and State Field combines country and state selection.
Calculate and follow up
Calculator forms can provide estimates and quotes, with examples including BMI, EMI, and interest calculators. Form entries can be saved in the WordPress dashboard for entries management. A WhatsApp Redirect Form can send visitors to WhatsApp after submission for follow-up.
Reduce unwanted submissions
Choose Cloudflare Turnstile or hCaptcha for form verification. Spam Protection can block submissions containing restricted or spam words in form fields.
Configure and publish in Elementor
Open an Elementor page and select the form widget for your setup. Use the Cool FormKit widget with Elementor Free, or extend the default form widget in Elementor Pro or Hello Plus. Add fields, set conditional behavior and input controls, then publish the form through Elementor.
