Database for Contact Form 7 Pro

When a site uses separate Contact Form 7 forms for quote requests and registrations, checking each notification and copying details by hand can be cumbersome. Contact Form 7 does not directly save submissions to a database. Database for Contact Form 7 Pro stores them in WordPress, where you can review records from the dashboard.

Forms and fields shape each record

Pro works with unlimited forms and data, and automatically records submissions from multiple Contact Form 7 forms. It supports the standard field types offered by Contact Form 7. A record reflects the fields in its form and may include names, phone numbers, email addresses, subjects, messages, submission dates and times, user IDs, IP addresses, and other submitted information.

Review and organize submissions

Open Database under Contact in the WordPress dashboard and select a form to view its entries. You can edit details and change tags on individual entries, filter records, and delete entries in bulk. Drag and drop columns to change their order, or show and conceal columns in the database view. Export all data to CSV or export data from a selected column.

Compatibility and support

Database for Contact Form 7 Pro requires Contact Form 7. It is compatible with major WordPress themes, plugins, and page builders, and works with Multi-Step for Contact Form 7. Pro includes priority support for issues related to saving form details. Premium users can also request new settings or capabilities.

Installation

Install and activate Contact Form 7 first. Then install and activate Database for Contact Form 7 Pro in WordPress. Open Database under Contact, select the form to manage, and configure the available columns and export options for your process.
