Choose how products appear
ELEX WooCommerce Catalog Mode, Wholesale & Role Based Pricing Premium combines catalog display controls with pricing options for WooCommerce stores. Catalog mode can conceal product prices, remove the Add-to-Cart button, or replace the standard purchase button with a custom button. These controls apply to product pages and the shop page.
For selected products, the custom button can use a custom URL, including an external or affiliate destination. This lets a store present products for browsing, direct visitors to another sales channel, or invite enquiries instead of using the regular cart action. Catalog settings may also be useful while prices or stock information are being updated, or when prices should be hidden from certain visitors.
Set pricing and access by audience
The Premium capability set includes wholesale, role-based, category, and customer-specific pricing, along with WooCommerce request-a-quote functionality and role-based sales tax options. Role-based prices can be set for simple and variable products on their product pages. Discounts or markups can apply only to the sale price.
- Support simple, variable, and grouped products.
- Add or remove WordPress and WooCommerce visitor roles.
- Hide individual products from selected user roles.
- Use additional customization options on individual product pages.
For example, a store can use catalog mode for visitors while applying separate pricing rules to approved roles, wholesale customers, or specific customers. Product visibility can also vary by role when selected entries should not appear to every user.
Configure and review the store
Install the add-on in WordPress and begin with the general catalog settings. Then adjust individual product pages, user roles, categories, or customer-specific options as needed.
After setting the rules, review product pages and shop pages to check the button, price, and visibility behavior. Refine role-based prices, discounts, markups, tax options, and request-a-quote settings as the WooCommerce workflow develops.
Additional capabilities
The Premium feature set includes WPML support, compatibility updates, bug fixes, and Premium Support. A premium live demo is also available for reviewing the functionality.
