Finale Pro for Timed WooCommerce Promotions

Finale Pro lets WooCommerce store owners schedule promotions, choose which products or shoppers they apply to, and set how each offer appears. Campaigns can cover flash sales, seasonal offers, coupon discounts, pre-launch promotions, daily deals, shipping deadlines, instant discounts, early-bird offers, and recurring promotions.

Set dates and campaign rules

Choose fixed start and end dates and times for offers such as happy-hour promotions, lunch specials, store anniversaries, or festive sales. A campaign can end at its scheduled deadline or when it reaches an inventory goal. Multiple offers can be prepared as a promotional calendar.

The rule builder targets hand-picked products, products in a category, a selected product type, or entries above or below a specified price. Campaign conditions can also use days or times, stock status, shopper country, or logged-in status.

Control recurring and event-based changes

For a recurring offer, set its start date and time, duration, pause period, and number of recurrences. The campaign then starts, pauses, and restarts according to those settings.

Smart Events can respond to real-time campaign status. Configure a discount to increase as the expiry approaches, a product price to increase when stock is low, or the total units to change when few items remain. An early-bird discount can be limited to the first set of buyers.

Show deadlines and stock status

Countdown timers on product pages show shoppers how much time remains in an offer. Counter bars display real-time stock status and the progress of limited-stock promotions.

For an upcoming product, set a countdown and conceal the Add to Cart button during the waiting period. The button can become visible when the countdown ends.

Place notices and browseable deals

Sticky headers and footers can announce new arrivals, category-wide or store-wide discounts, and time-limited offers, with links to relevant product or category pages. Shortcodes let you place countdown timers or counter bars in email campaigns, landing pages, blog posts, pop-ups, and other areas.

Deal pages gather promotions in a grid or list. They can include countdown timers and scarcity bars for seasonal collections, such as Christmas or Black Friday offers.

Configure a campaign

1. Install and activate Finale Pro for your WooCommerce website.
2. Enter the promotion details and choose its schedule.
3. Select rules for products, categories, product types, price ranges, or other applicable conditions.
4. Add countdown timers, counter bars, sticky notices, shortcodes, or a deal page as needed.
5. Review the settings and use the selected schedule or recurrence pattern.
