Guide submissions and work with entries
Conditional logic shows or hides fields according to a visitor’s answers. Multi-page forms divide longer submissions into steps, while file uploads collect documents and repeater fields gather multiple sets of related information in one submission. Cascading dropdowns can change the choices shown after an earlier selection. Save-and-continue and digital signature fields are also available.
