Lead Form Builder Pro for WordPress Forms

Lead Form Builder Pro creates responsive contact, registration, newsletter, and lead-generation forms in WordPress. Start with a pre-built template or make a form from scratch, then arrange its fields with drag and drop. You can create unlimited forms and place them in pages, posts, or widgets with a generated shortcode.

When creating a form

Available fields include text or name, email, URL, number, textarea, radio buttons, checkboxes, dates, dropdowns, and file uploads. Use a placeholder as a default value and pick small, medium, or large sizing. The extension supports the WordPress Block Editor and Gutenberg, plus page builders including Elementor, Brizy, and SiteOrigin. It also delivers Lead Form Builder and Advance Lead Form blocks.

After a user submits

Choose to receive leads by email, save them in the database, or do both. The lead management area organizes submissions by form. Pro lead tracing can include a submitter’s IP address, country, operating system, and browser, and leads can be exported.

Configure separate email options for administrators and users, including distinct “from” and “to” addresses. The extension supports unlimited email notifications, autoresponders, and SMTP configuration.

For form design and spam protection

Adjust field, heading, and button colors, set a header or form background color or image, and make further changes with custom CSS. The Live Customizer lets you review appearance changes while editing. Forms can show a custom thank-you message or redirect visitors to a thank-you page.

Spam protection options include Google reCAPTCHA v2 and v3 or Cloudflare Turnstile. The Pro capability list also includes Google One Tap Login. MailChimp integration supports newsletter processes, and a Lead Form Styler Elementor addon is available for additional Elementor styling.

From setup to submission review

1. Select a pre-built template or create a form.
2. Add and arrange the fields you need.
3. Configure notifications, autoresponders, lead storage, and spam protection.
4. Adjust sizing, colors, backgrounds, and other styling options.
5. Generate the shortcode and place the form in a page, post, widget, or supported editor.
6. Review submissions in lead management and export leads when needed.

To install, upload lead-form-builder.zip to the /wp-content/add-ons/ directory and activate it from the WordPress Plugins menu. Then create a form, configure its settings, and insert its shortcode where you want it to appear. Forms can also be imported or exported as configurations.
