Install and place the menu

1. Upload the plugin ZIP contents to /wp-content/extensions/.
2. Activate the extension from the Plugins menu in WordPress.
3. Open Menu, create a new menu, and select Vertical Menu as its show location.
4. Go to Appearance > Customize > Header > Header Builder and add the Vertical Menu element. The listing identifies the element with a red background.
