Piotnet Forms Pro extends the Piotnet Forms drag-and-drop WordPress builder. Create forms visually without writing code, then set responsive borders, padding, margins and colors for fields and submit buttons.

Choose a form workflow

For bookings, use repeater fields or create multi-level nested forms. Multi-step layouts can organize longer forms. User processes include registration, login and profile updates; post forms can collect new submissions or edits. Signature fields, form previews and form abandonment tools are also included.

Commerce capabilities include WooCommerce One Page Checkout and Dynamic Pricing. Payment options include Stripe Payment and PayPal Payment, and Coupon Code Field support lets a form collect a coupon code.

Set rules, calculations and inputs

Conditional Logic can make fields or form steps respond to submitted values. Form Calculated Fields and date range calculated fields support calculations based on visitor input. Input Mask helps structure entries, while Range Slider and Date Range fields add other input choices.

For verification and output, the capability set includes reCAPTCHA v3 integration, label animation, an Image Select Field and a PDF Generator. Form Database provides a way to work with submissions. Google Maps Address Autocomplete Field and Distance Calculation support location-focused forms.

Route submissions and reuse layouts

Webhook can send form data to an endpoint URL or Zapier, and Remote Request works with requests to external services. Listed integrations include Google Sheets, MailerLite, GetResponse, MailPoet, Zoho CRM, MailChimp and ActiveCampaign. These connections can route submissions to spreadsheets, email marketing tools, CRM services or other connected workflows.

Create and place a form

1. Install and activate Piotnet Forms Pro on the WordPress site.
2. Open the form builder and create a form with drag-and-drop controls.
3. Add the fields, steps, calculations, conditions or integrations required for the workflow.
4. Adjust responsive styling for fields and the submit button.
5. Place the form where needed using the available shortcode workflow.
