Collect enquiries before checkout

Product Enquiry for WooCommerce Pro lets customers ask product questions, request custom pricing, or submit quote requests from product pages without using the standard checkout process. This setup can suit B2B and wholesale stores, manufacturers, distributors, catalog-only websites, and sellers of high-value or configurable products. WooCommerce must be installed and active.

You can replace or hide Add to Cart controls, hide prices across the store or for selected products, and select where enquiry buttons appear. Customers can also add several products to an enquiry cart and submit one bulk quote request.

Set rules for products and users

Advanced category rules support fine-grained include and exclude conditions for product groups. Enhanced catalog mode gives you more control over which products display prices or Add to Cart. Conditional visibility can show or hide the enquiry button based on user role, product type, stock status, and other supported conditions.

Shape the form around quote details

The form builder works with text, select, checkbox, radio, and textarea fields, with required-field validation, custom labels, and placeholder text. Pro adds additional field types and conditional logic. You can show follow-up questions when a customer selects a particular option, keeping the form relevant to the product or request.

Review enquiries and send notifications

Each new enquiry can trigger an administrator notification and an automatic customer confirmation. Pro email customization supports HTML templates and additional dynamic placeholders for product names, customer details, and submitted form data. Enquiries are available in a dedicated WordPress dashboard panel, where you can filter by date range and export entries to CSV.

Webhook delivery sends enquiry data to external systems through POST requests. Supported processes can connect with CRMs, Slack, Zapier, and Make, and webhook delivery can be enabled or disabled per form. Google reCAPTCHA v2 and v3 are available for spam prevention.

Place enquiry controls on your site

Use [gm_woo_enquiry_cart] to display the enquiry cart elsewhere on the website. Add a product enquiry button with [gmwqp_enquiry_single_product]; to target a product by ID, use [gmwqp_enquiry_single_product id="123"].

The layout is responsive on mobile and desktop, supports translation workflows with a .pot file, works with WPML and other multilingual plugins, and supports RTL and LTR layouts.
