QODE Optimizer Premium for WordPress Image Optimization

QODE Optimizer Premium adds automatic optimization for images uploaded to WordPress. Process JPG, PNG, and GIF images individually from the Media Library or in bulk. Settings control compression, dimensions, metadata handling, and conversion.

Set compression and dimensions

Choose compression methods and quality options for JPG, PNG, and GIF files. With lossy compression, the quality setting controls how much compression is applied; less compression preserves more image quality. Set maximum image width and height, remove image metadata, select a backup method, and include additional folders in optimization.

Automate uploads and manage image sizes

Enable automatic optimization for uploaded images, or disable optimization for specific images. You can exclude selected predetermined image sizes from optimization. A separate option disables the creation of specific image sizes.

Choose conversions and handle original files

• Convert JPG to PNG, PNG to JPG, or GIF to PNG.
• Apply additional JPG or PNG compression after conversion and configure its quality.
• Set a JPG background fill color when converting an image with a transparent background.
• Delete original image files automatically after conversion.
• Convert PNG to WebP without loss.

Configure WebP and review processing

Set WebP image creation, select a conversion method, and adjust WebP compression quality. The plugin can insert rewriting rules for WebP delivery on Apache or LiteSpeed servers, including Picture WebP rewriting options.

Enable the system log to inspect the steps taken during optimization and review how processing affected individual images. Premium utilities also include links to regenerate images for supported management tasks, plus watermark creation and position settings for regular images.

Typical setup sequence

1. Install QODE Optimizer Premium in WordPress.
2. Choose compression methods and quality settings for JPG, PNG, and GIF files.
3. Configure dimensions, metadata removal, WebP, backups, and rewriting options.
4. Enable automatic optimization for uploads, or process existing images individually or in bulk.
5. Review the system log and adjust settings as needed.
