Collect testimonials with the fields you need

Create multiple collection forms for different products or testimonial types; there is no stated limit on the number of forms. Add or remove fields, then change their order, labels and placeholders. Custom fields can collect details such as a car’s manufacturer, model and horsepower, and you can choose whether to show those details with each testimonial. Captcha protection is available for collection forms, and notification emails can go to multiple administrators.

Customers can add video to testimonials. A dedicated third-party importer can import, manage and display reviews from Google, Facebook, Booking, Airbnb, Yelp, Trustpilot, Capterra and G2. The add-on does not automatically read testimonials stored by another plugin or theme; those entries need to be added again.

Configure collection and display with Views

A View gathers the settings for a particular form or display. Create unlimited Views for uses such as a submission form, a static grid or a slideshow, then add each View to a page or sidebar with its shortcode or widget. Advanced Views let you drag and drop fields such as the name, picture, URL and testimonial text. You can also replace the default word “testimonials” with a term such as “reviews” or “ratings.”

Templates provide basic background and font color settings; some also have light and dark versions or other options. Other styling comes from the active theme. Changes to fonts, margins or borders require custom CSS, and templates can be copied into a theme for further customization. With infinite scroll, set how many testimonials appear on the initial page load; more load as visitors scroll.

Set up the process and manage submissions

Install the plugin, create one or more collection forms, and adjust their fields and administrator notification emails. Create a View for collecting or displaying feedback and place it with its shortcode or widget. Review submitted testimonials and approve the entries you want to publish. Enhanced emails can send a thank-you message after approval. The paid version includes priority email support and support and updates for 12 months.
