WordPress plugin
Super Page Cache PRO
Super Page Cache PRO adds controls for tuning WordPress page caching, JavaScript loading, and lazy loading. It is the paid edition of Super Page Cache, which stores HTML pages and static files in a disk cache on the server. This works without a CDN. Connect Cloudflare with an API key or token to deliver cached content through its edge network and Cache Rules. The extension supports Cloudflare Free, Pro, and Enterprise plans, with automatic purging, cron jobs, and integrated metrics.

PRO controls for scripts and requests
- Handle UTM, affiliate, and other tracking parameters to improve cache hit rates.
- Defer JavaScript to help eliminate render-blocking scripts, or delay loading until a visitor interacts with the page.
- Use viewport detection and above-the-fold optimization for supported lazy-loaded content.
- Exclude specific JavaScript files or pages from caching when they need different treatment.
- Get priority support with faster email response times.
Cache behavior and maintenance
The add-on combines full-page, disk, browser, and optional CDN caching. Set a custom cache lifetime or choose never to expire cached content. Exclusions can target cookies, query parameters, URIs, AMP, feeds, and the REST API. Response-header controls help preserve important headers, while logged-in users can bypass cached pages with the cache buster.
Automatic purging can clear cached content when a post changes and can include related pages. Choose to clear HTML only or the full cache. Background queue processing helps prevent purges from overloading the server. A preloader can use sitemaps, menus, or recent posts and execute manually or through cron jobs.
Additional performance tools and compatibility
Other tools include browser caching, lazy loading for images, videos, iframes, and background images, local Google Fonts, and settings to remove unused CSS and JavaScript. The assets manager lets you enable or disable CSS and JavaScript on individual pages. Compatibility described for the plugin includes WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, Varnish, OPcache, Kinsta, WP Engine, SpinupWP, and Instant.page prefetching.
Disable page caching in other caching add-ons such as WP Rocket, LiteSpeed Cache, or W3 Total Cache. Super Page Cache can be used alongside Optimole, Autoptimize, Perfmatters, and ShortPixel for asset optimization.
Setup
Install and activate Super Page Cache PRO, then open its dashboard for settings and built-in documentation. Most users can start with the defaults. To use Cloudflare, connect an account with an API key or token. Review cache exclusions and JavaScript controls before enabling advanced behavior on a production website.
