SureDonation Pro WordPress Fundraising Plugin

SureDonation Pro extends a WordPress fundraising extension for nonprofits, charities, schools, religious organizations, clubs, creators and fundraising teams. Campaigns and donation forms use WordPress blocks, with Elementor widgets and Bricks elements available for forms and campaign shows.

Campaigns and donation forms

Create unlimited campaigns with fundraising goals, live progress, statuses, featured images, default forms and dedicated pages. Eight templates provide starting points for appeals such as animal rescue, education, disaster relief, faith and medical support. Campaign pages can display progress, statistics, recent donations, donor lists and comments, social sharing, and a donation button.

Forms can offer preset amounts with optional descriptions or a custom amount field. Add text, email, number, phone, address, URL, dropdown, checkbox and donor comment fields, with required settings, validation and input masks. Donors can give anonymously, and anonymous donors are hidden from public donor lists. Forms also support fee recovery, privacy consent, styling controls, and the [suredonation_form] shortcode.

Payments and donor entries

Accept card donations through Stripe, PayPal or offline methods such as bank transfer and check. Stripe and PayPal support test and live payment modes; offline donations use custom instructions and manual completion. Fee recovery can use a global rate or rates set for each gateway. Honeypot protection, client-side checks and server-side validation help protect forms and payment amounts.

Administrators can review donor profiles, donation histories, totals, statuses and activity from the WordPress dashboard. SureDonation includes CSV import and export for donations and donors, plus JSON import and export for campaigns and settings. Guided migration utilities import campaigns, donors and donations from GiveWP or Charitable, with a preview and import history.

SureDonation Pro tools

Pro includes a donor dashboard where donors can sign in with a password or emailed link, review donation history, download receipts and manage recurring donations. PDF receipts have three designs, per-form settings and email attachments. Other Pro features include multi-step forms, UK Gift Aid declarations with claim exports for HMRC, date and time fields, revenue reports, internal donor notes, and additional form styling controls.

Email marketing integrations can send donors to ActiveCampaign, Brevo, Kit, Mailchimp or MailerLite. Pro also works with importing GiveWP and Charitable subscriptions, reviewing import history and rolling back an import. Recurring and subscription donations through Stripe and PayPal are available with SureDonation Pro.
