How does user data move between WordPress and a CRM?
When someone registers, Pro WP Fusion can create a CRM contact, map WordPress user information to custom CRM fields, and apply tags. You can import CRM contacts as WordPress visitors with generated passwords, or export WordPress users and their metadata to the CRM. Visitor activity tracking uses the connected CRM’s scripts when that CRM works with them.
What can CRM tags and lists control?
Use contact tags or lists to set content access rules, display or hide content, and show CRM data in WordPress. For membership sites, timers and logic in the CRM can manage drip-released content. CRM automations can also trigger changes to membership levels or course enrollments.
Which WordPress add-ons can it connect?
The paid edition supports integrations with WooCommerce, LearnDash, Gravity Forms, Elementor, and more than 100 other popular WordPress extensions. These connections can link supported add-on data and activity with CRM workflows, such as shop purchases, course activity, and form entries.
What does setup involve?
Install and activate Pro WP Fusion, choose a CRM, and connect it with the required credentials. Then map WordPress data to CRM fields and configure tags, lists, content access rules, and the supported add-on integrations you plan to use. Test registration, import, export, and access behavior before applying the workflows to site visitors.
