WC Cancel Order Pro: Rules for Full and Partial Cancellations
WC Cancel Order Pro extends the WC Cancel Order workflow for stores that need to manage full and partial cancellations. Customers can start a request from an order in WooCommerce My Account; administrators review it in the WC Cancel area and approve or decline it. When partial cancellations are enabled, customers can choose items and quantities. If both request types are available, a unified Cancel Request button can show the full-order or partial choice.

Cancellation requests and direct cancellation
WC Cancel Order Pro extends the WC Cancel Order workflow for stores that need to manage full and partial cancellations. Customers can start a request from an order in WooCommerce My Account; administrators review it in the WC Cancel area and approve or decline it. When partial cancellations are enabled, customers can choose items and quantities. If both request types are available, a unified Cancel Request button can show the full-order or partial choice.
Stores can also allow immediate cancellations for selected order statuses alongside requests. Set cancellation availability by eligible order status and customer role. The request button can be hidden after a configured interval measured in minutes, hours, days, months or years. Guests can submit a request through the unique cancellation link in their order email without a registered account.
Approval and refund options
When approving a request, administrators can select an automatic gateway refund, a manual refund or wallet credit. These options support full and partial refunds, and transaction IDs are recorded. Inventory can be restocked automatically when a refund is issued.
A wallet credit can replace a gateway refund. Customers can spend their available balance at checkout through the wallet payment gateway. The wallet dashboard shows available balances, total received and total spent; administrators can also inspect credits and debits by order.
Fees, request details and notifications
Set a cancellation fee as a fixed amount or a percentage of the order total. The cancellation popup shows the fee before the customer confirms. When the request is approved, the fee is deducted from the refund. It also appears in the administration popup, order notes, customer email and Cancellation Requests dashboard.
Stores can require cancellation details and show them in the request popup. Administrators can define reasons as radio buttons and require the reason, an additional text field or both. A custom note can also appear in the popup.
Email notifications can go to administrators and customers when a request is received, approved or declined. Wallet-credit receipts are supported. Stores can assign an order status for approved and declined requests.
Administration and integrations
The Cancellation Requests dashboard combines full and partial requests and works with bulk actions. WC Cancel Order Pro supports Ultimate Member and WooCommerce Subscriptions, and it is translation ready.
