WISDM Product Enquiry Pro is a WooCommerce enquiry and quotation solution for stores that need to discuss products before a customer places an order. It adds tools for collecting questions, handling quote requests, and supporting larger or more considered purchases from within the shop.

Customers can send one enquiry or quotation request for multiple products at once. This is useful for bulk orders, large-ticket purchases, or shoppers who want to compare several products before contacting your team. The Pro edition also lets you manage enquiries and quote requests from the WordPress dashboard.

Flexible enquiry and quote workflows

Use an Inquiry or Request a Quote button in the places that suit your store. Pro can add the button to the Shop or archive page as well as product pages. You can also control whether elements such as the Inquiry button, Add to Cart button, and pricing are shown, supporting catalog-style product browsing when required.

The button text can be adapted to your process, with labels such as “Make an Inquiry,” “Request a Quote,” or “Quote to Order.” When using page builders such as Elementor, you can place the button where needed on the page.

Collect the information your team needs

The built-in form builder lets you make a custom enquiry form and add fields for the details relevant to your sales process. A mini-cart enquiry widget can help visitors gather multiple products before sending a request. Customers may also send a copy of their enquiry email to themselves.

Manage responses from the dashboard

Incoming enquiries and quote requests can be viewed and managed in the backend. You can reply to enquiries or create PDF quotations from there, giving your team a central workflow for follow-up conversations. Records can be filtered and exported, helping you review buyer demands and identify recurring product questions.

For stores that need direct communication, the Pro edition includes WhatsApp integration. The underlying enquiry workflow also works with email notifications, with multiple recipient email addresses available for incoming product enquiries or quotations. Messages can include the site name, product name, product URL, customer name, and enquiry message.

The enquiry workflow supports simple and variable products. Visitors can enquire about products or variations, request quotations, and combine products into one multi-product enquiry rather than submitting separate requests for each entry.

Optional AI assistant

The base add-on includes one-click access to the optional AI BotKit assistant. It can use content from your site to answer customer questions, work with WooCommerce products, pages, and posts, capture and qualify leads, and send complex questions to the enquiry form. The enquiry plugin works without this optional assistant, which operates under its own privacy terms.

Installation and setup

Install and activate WISDM Product Enquiry Pro in your WordPress site, then configure the enquiry show, button styling, form fields, notification recipients, and related options from the plugin settings. Add the enquiry button to the product or Shop page, select the wording and visibility rules, and prepare the dashboard workflow for responding to requests.

The plugin is translation-ready, allowing language files to be created for local-language use. You can also decide whether to use the optional AI BotKit assistant separately from the enquiry and quotation functions.
