WP Hide Post Pro: Control Where WordPress Content Appears
WP Hide Post Pro manages where posts, pages, media, custom post types, and WooCommerce products appear across a WordPress site. You can remove an entry from selected listings while keeping its direct URL available. Single-view hiding, a 404 redirect, or Hide Everywhere changes how that item can be reached.

Choose what visitors can see
Depending on the content type, visibility settings can hide entries from the homepage or blog page, category and tag archives, author and date archives, search results, RSS and XML feeds, widgets such as Recent Posts, navigation links, and the REST API. Posts, pages, media, and products also have single-view controls where supported.
For WooCommerce products, settings include the shop page, product categories, product search, and the WooCommerce REST API. Media settings cover pictures, PDFs, and other attachments. An admin status column shows where posts, pages, media, and products are hidden, and the plugin integrates with widgets such as Recent Posts.
Selected listings and direct access
Hiding an item from a homepage, archive, feed, or other selected location can leave its direct URL available. Pro’s “Hide but keep in search results” option lets you hide content from selected listings while allowing search engines to index it; indexing is not guaranteed. Use single-view hiding when the individual page should not show normally, a 404 redirect when visitors should reach a not-found page, or Hide Everywhere to remove the item from all site locations. These visibility controls do not provide role-based access restrictions.

Set up visibility
Install and activate WP Hide Post Pro, then open a post, page, media item, custom post type, or WooCommerce product. In its Post Visibility controls, pick one or more locations to hide the item from and save your changes. Review the item’s listings and direct-link behavior. For individual changes from a list, use Quick Edit; for multiple items, use Bulk Edit.
