Configure a WordPress admin workspace
Adminify Pro brings administration settings together for agencies, freelance developers, and site owners. Its point-and-click controls cover branding, menus, the login screen, dashboards, media organization, and admin columns. Developers can also add admin-side CSS and JavaScript without editing theme documents.
Set branding and navigation for each role
White-label settings let you change the admin bar and sidebar logos, set a favicon, edit footer text, and replace the default “Howdy” greeting. The Loginfy addon customizes the login screen, including its logo, background, form styling, buttons, and error messages, with a live preview. Its settings also include a custom login URL, login attempt limits, and role-based login and logout redirects.
Use the drag-and-drop menu editor to reorder or rename entries, hide items, and create various menu layouts for visitor roles, including custom roles. You can add menu items that link to internal pages, external URLs, or page builder pages, then choose an icon, group items with separators, or open an entry in a new tab. The Admin Bar Editor addon provides similar controls for toolbar links by role.
Shape the dashboard and admin appearance
The dashboard customizer can remove the default welcome panel, add text, RSS feed, or iframe widgets, and adjust colors, fonts, and layout. Adminify also includes Light, Dark, Gradient, and Glass theme skins. The dark mode controls include per-user preferences, optional scheduling by time of day, and custom colors and fonts; dark mode also works with the block editor and the available admin skins.
Organize media and list views
Create media library folders and subfolders, move files between them, and filter the library by folder. Media Replace can replace a file while keeping its original URL and ID. Folder controls are also available in the Elementor media picker, Classic Editor popup, and Customizer.
The admin columns editor lets you add, remove, and reorder columns in post and page lists across post types. It can display custom fields from ACF, MetaBox, and Pods, as well as WooCommerce product details such as SKU, stock status, price, or weight. Some columns, including featured picture and custom field columns, can be sorted.
Additional controls for daily administration
Adminify includes tools to hide admin notices, including by user role, and to replace the welcome panel with onboarding content. Other settings can hide Screen Options and Help tabs, provide admin menu search, duplicate posts, pages, custom post types, and taxonomies, or change a WordPress username without database edits.
Security and access settings include role-based admin restrictions, login attempt limits, custom login URLs, and role-based redirects after login or logout. Separate controls can disable comments globally and adjust the Heartbeat API by screen area.
Setup and compatibility
Install and activate Adminify in WordPress, then open its administration settings to configure branding, menus, dashboards, and any organizational tools your site needs. Adminify is designed for standard WordPress themes and popular plugins, including WooCommerce, Elementor, and ACF. Its assets load on admin-facing pages; the product information states that frontend site speed is not affected.
Optional usage diagnostics are off by default. The product information says basic site details and the administrator email are sent only if an administrator explicitly selects “Allow.”
