B2BKing Premium: From Business Application to Wholesale Access

B2BKing Premium adds business buyer workflows to WooCommerce stores serving wholesale clients or both B2B and retail shoppers. Configure how businesses apply, what approved buyers can access, and how they place orders.

Business registration and approval

Build registration forms with nine types of custom fields, including text, dropdown, number, date, and file upload. Request details such as a company name, VAT or registration number, or business license. Mark fields as required or add them to billing and checkout forms. Shortcodes let you place separate registration options on dedicated pages.

Choose automatic or manual application approval. With manual approval, administrators can review applications and assign approved customers to groups with different pricing and order rules. For stores operating in EU countries, VAT numbers can be automatically validated through VIES.

Wholesale pricing and ordering

Set wholesale prices for customer groups or individual visitors, and configure tiered prices based on order quantity. The wholesale order form is available in Cream, Indigo, and Classic themes. Buyers can search by product name or SKU using AJAX, then sort products alphabetically or by best-selling status. Add the form to a page with a shortcode.

Buyer access and shop visibility

Private-store options can hide prices from logged-out users, hide the shop or products, and restrict selected products to specific users or groups. Stores can also require quote requests. In hybrid B2B and B2C mode, business capabilities and pricing are available to B2B users after login, while retail customers can continue using the store.

Quotes, accounts, and order rules

Customers can request quotes for products and quantities through a conversation system; administrators can respond with purchasable offers. Invoice and purchase order gateways provide payment options for business orders. Business accounts can use subaccounts with permissions, and parent accounts can approve or reject orders placed by employees.

Further controls include group-specific payment and shipping methods, minimum and maximum order rules, package quantity multiples, purchase lists, product visibility rules, and tax exemptions for selected groups or countries.
