How WordPress workflows move data
Bit Integrations Pro connects WordPress and plugin data with more than 400 platforms. A supported event starts a process, and its configured action sends information to a selected destination. The Pro version unlocks all 400+ triggers and actions and supports unlimited active workflows.
Check that the source event and destination action you need are supported by the integrations in your workflow. Examples of connected services include Google Sheets, Mailchimp, Brevo, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Telegram, and Discord.
Configure the data handoff
Workflows use a trigger-and-action structure. Select a trigger, select and authorize an action destination, then map fields between the source and destination. Custom triggers and conditional logic help tailor actions to a workflow's requirements. Webhooks can send data to and receive data from supported platforms. Outgoing webhooks can send WordPress data to third-party services and automation platforms.
Common sources and destinations
- Forms: Connect Contact Form 7, WPForms, Elementor Forms, Bit Form, Fluent Forms, Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, Formidable, and other supported form tools.
- WooCommerce: Transfer customer data, order details, products, subscriptions, bookings, and memberships where supported.
- CRM and email: Send lead and customer data to Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Brevo, MailPoet, and other supported services.
- Courses and memberships: Use supported triggers from LearnDash, Tutor LMS, MemberPress, Paid Memberships Pro, and WooCommerce Memberships.
- Spreadsheets and communication: Send information to Google Sheets, Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, and other supported destinations.
Review activity and typical uses
Detailed logs display data submissions and automated actions, which can help with error handling and workflow review. Real-time data synchronization can help keep connected tools current when information is submitted or created on the WordPress website.
Common workflows send form entries to a CRM, add leads to an email platform, record WooCommerce orders in Google Sheets, notify a team channel about site activity, or pass WordPress data to services such as Zapier through webhooks.
Install and set up
Install and activate the Bit Integrations extension in WordPress, then open its workflow interface. Select a trigger, choose and authorize an action, map fields between the source and destination, and save the workflow. Test the configuration and review the available logs to check submissions and automated actions.
