Set an inquiry path for selected products

Call for Price for WooCommerce Pro replaces a product's public price with a custom message that invites customers to ask a question, request a quotation, or discuss their requirements. Use it for wholesale and B2B items, custom-built or made-to-order products, negotiated or frequently changing prices, or catalog products that need discussion before an order. Products with fixed prices can remain available for direct purchase.

Choose which products show the message

Product-level settings can target an individual item. Catalog rules can cover selected categories or product tags, products within a defined price range, products without a price, and products that are out of stock or on backorder. A global setting can show Call for Price across every product. User role restrictions let you set pricing behavior for various customer groups.

Apply the display to product types and variations

The plugin supports simple, variable, grouped, and external affiliate products. For variable products, individual variations can have their own settings and custom messages. This lets the inquiry prompt reflect differences in settings, specifications, quantities, or availability.

Connect the message to a contact option

Pro provides contact options through Phone, WhatsApp, Email, or custom URLs. Contact form integrations are also available for customers who need to submit their requirements through a form. Choose the route that fits the inquiry, such as a call about a custom product or an email requesting a wholesale quotation.

Adjust the storefront elements

Customize the default Call for Price text, then pick how related elements appear. You can hide or replace Add to Cart and Read More buttons, hide Sale badges for Call for Price products, hide disabled Add to Cart buttons for unavailable variations, and keep stock availability visible while prices are hidden.

Set up and review the rules

  1. Install and activate Call for Price for WooCommerce Pro in the WordPress store.
  2. Choose whether to apply the inquiry display automatically, across the catalog, or through product, category, tag, price, stock, or visitor role rules.
  3. Set the message and choose the contact options for customers.
  4. Adjust button, badge, variation, and stock display preferences.
  5. Review the storefront and refine the rules for products that should remain available for direct purchase.

These settings let a WooCommerce store keep standard checkout for some products while inviting inquiries for others.
