Cresta Help Chat Pro adds a button visitors can click to start a private message to the WhatsApp number configured for your website. They can continue the conversation in WhatsApp Web or the mobile app. On mobile, clicking the button can open the WhatsApp app automatically if it is installed. The number is visible to every website visitor, so use one you are comfortable sharing.

Floating access or an inline button

Show a floating button at the bottom right of your site, or add an inline button to a post, page, or custom post type with the [cresta-help-chat] shortcode. Choose which pages show the WhatsApp Chat button. To conceal it on a particular page or post, edit that content and select the hide option in the Cresta Help Chat metabox.

Display controls and compatibility

Pro controls let you change the button's position and colors, add a tooltip, adjust its size, use the WhatsApp widget, and pick from different animations. Cresta Help Chat is compatible with WooCommerce and WPML.

Set up the button

After installing the add-on, open the WordPress Admin menu and go to Settings > Cresta Help Chat. Configure the WhatsApp contact button and choose where it should appear. For an inline button, add the shortcode to a post, page, or custom post type.
