EazyDocs Pro helps you build knowledge bases, help centers, wikis, documentation sites, and FAQs in WordPress. Its visual process lets you create knowledge bases and arrange documents into categories with drag and drop, without coding. Pro supports up to five levels of document depth and enables unlimited knowledge bases, documents, and categories. It can fit SaaS companies, software developers, agencies, e-learning platforms, and businesses documenting products or services.

Manage documents and access

• Reorder documents and categories as your library changes. Bulk operations let you duplicate documentation and manage document visibility in groups.
• Use revision history to track changes and restore earlier versions.
• Import and export content in Markdown or CSV.
• Require login or password access for selected documentation.
• Set user roles to control who can edit documentation, with user restrictions and IP limitations for additional access controls.

Help readers find and use information

AJAX live search returns results as users type, with smart suggestions across documentation levels. Add search bars through pre-built Gutenberg blocks or Elementor widgets, and use suggested keywords to guide visitors toward relevant documents.

Choose from OnePage and extended document layouts, Docs Archive Masonry layouts, editable single-document sidebars, and Book Chapter Elementor widgets. Pro also includes a custom Doc Root URL, Dark Mode, Full RTL Compatibility, and Doc Badges. Documents can be attached to any page, and conditional content dropdowns let you present information by condition. Ajax Doc Loading handles document loading, while the Glossary documentation feature and Doc Helper Assistant with Contact Form support readers who need explanations or help.

Collect feedback and connect documentation

Pro includes voting and comments notifications, a Users Feedback Database, and a Documentation Subscription Button. Docs Assistant display settings include Dark Mode and Full Article View. Collaborative Docs Status Icons and DocBox Status Badges help communicate document state and organization.

EazyDocs can integrate with Antimanual for AI-powered assistance, documentation generation, and AI search. The integration can index the EazyDocs knowledge base, let you personalize chatbot appearance and response style, and add the chatbot to documentation with a shortcode.

Install and set up

Install and activate EazyDocs, then open EazyDocs > Getting Started. Create a knowledge base and arrange its documents with drag and drop. Configure the layout, search, access, and user role settings you need, then add documentation pages or blocks to the relevant areas of your WordPress website.
