Give visitors a choice of contact channels

Sticky Chat Widget Pro adds a floating contact widget to a WordPress website. Visitors can pick from 25+ options, including WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Viber, Line, email, Telegram, VKontakte, SMS, phone calls, WeChat, Skype, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Twitter, Slack, Instagram, Waze, Google Maps, Signal, TikTok, a contact form, Discord, Microsoft Teams, Zalo, and custom links.

Choose the widget’s appearance and display

Configure colors, fonts, icons, size, and position, then choose a vertical or horizontal layout. Device controls let you display or conceal channels on desktop and mobile. Other display options include a dedicated WhatsApp widget, a pending message badge, custom call-to-action text, and triggers that show the widget on scroll, after a delay, or when a visitor tries to leave. Animation choices include fade, slide, spin, pulse, and bounce.

Pro controls

Pro includes the free-plan functions and adds controls for how and where the widget appears. Set days, times, and dates for display; target selected pages or countries; upload custom icons and images; and fine-tune the widget’s position. Developer controls let you add custom IDs or classes for styling with CSS.

Pro also includes widget analytics, custom contact-form fields, email forwarding, and an autoresponder. Lead integrations include Mailchimp, Mailjet, and other email marketing tools.

Set up the widget

  1. Install and activate Sticky Chat Widget in WordPress, either from the dashboard or by uploading the extension.
