Facebook Comments Pro

Use Social comments by WpDevArt to display a Facebook comments box on WordPress pages and posts. Enter a Facebook App ID, choose where the box appears, and disable it on individual pages or posts when you do not want it shown.

Set the box appearance and placement

Core options let you pick the box title and set its text color, font size, font family, and title position. You can also choose where comments appear, set the box width, control comment ordering and the number of remarks shown, and enter a language code such as en_US or de_DE.

Facebook Comments Pro adds a color scheme selector, a background color setting, and a position control for the comments area. It also includes 39 animation effects for the box and premium support for questions and reported add-on bugs. The title position and comments area position are separate options.

Add the comments box to content

Place the [wpdevart_facebook_comment] shortcode on a page or post. Its attributes can set the Facebook App ID, current URL, title and title styling, width, background color, animation effect, language, and comment count. The attribute names include curent_url, title_text, title_text_color, title_text_font_size, title_text_font_famely, title_text_position, width, count_of_comments, bg_color, animation_effect, and locale. For programmatic placement, the shortcode can also be called through PHP with do_shortcode().

Install and configure

Upload the plugin's .zip file through the WordPress plugin installation screen; leave the file compressed. Install and activate the extension, enter the Facebook App ID in its options, then set the display preferences. Add the shortcode to the pages or posts where the comments box should appear, or use the PHP option for programmatic placement.
