FlexTable Pro: How Google Sheets Data Appears in WordPress

From Google Sheets to a published table

FlexTable Pro extends FlexTable’s spreadsheet-to-table workflow. Connect a Google Sheets spreadsheet and create a table from its data. Changes in the linked sheet can be reflected automatically, so you can maintain the source information in the spreadsheet instead of re-entering it in WordPress.

Publish a table on a page or post with its generated shortcode, the Gutenberg table block, or the Elementor table widget. This setup can present product comparisons, directories, schedules, catalogues, reports, and other structured information that needs regular updates.

Carry spreadsheet styling into WordPress

Import styles from the connected sheet, including cell background and font colours, font size, font weight, font family, and other spreadsheet formatting. Custom CSS gives you further control over the table or surrounding page, and applies on the site front end.

FlexTable Pro includes six premium table themes and a theme builder for creating reusable themes. Theme settings let you personalise header, body, and border colours.

Set the table presentation

Choose a responsive style for different devices, including default, collapsible, and scrollable options. Vertical scrolling and a sticky header are available for longer tables. Pagination can use one of five themes.

Export table data as CSV, Excel, PDF, or JSON, or use the print and copy options when users need to save or reuse information.

Manage connected tables

Tab management includes one place to manage tables from multiple sheets. FlexTable also supports links and pictures from URLs in the sheet, sorting, search, merged cells, caching, asynchronous loading, response-time settings, and multisite use.
