How Abandoned Cart Pro for WooCommerce Tracks Abandoned Carts
Abandoned Cart Pro for WooCommerce gives store administrators settings for tracking incomplete carts, contacting shoppers, and reviewing recovery activity. It tracks guest and logged-in shoppers. The abandonment interval is the amount of time a cart must remain incomplete before it counts as abandoned.

Choose what to track and when to engage shoppers
Set the abandonment interval and use exclusion rules to omit selected carts by IP address, email address, email domain, or country. Pro can capture an email address when a shopper clicks Add to Cart. Exit-intent and Add to Cart popups let stores show recovery messages during a shopping visit.
Configure reminders and email content
Reminder options include email, SMS, Facebook Messenger, and WhatsApp. Automated abandoned-cart notifications through Messenger, SMS, and email can be set for a selected time interval.
Email messages can use ready-to-use templates or customized content. A rich text editor and merge tags support messages that include customer information and cart details. Store administrators can also receive notifications when a cart is abandoned.
Connect follow-up rules with reporting
Advanced recovery workflows and rules help organize follow-up processes. CRM and email marketing integrations, along with Google Sheets integration, connect cart activity with broader marketing or reporting processes.
Recovery reports show recovered orders and recovery percentage. Product reports identify entries abandoned most often. Detailed recovery analytics and email performance reports provide further campaign data for review.
