Hydra Booking Pro adds appointment scheduling and calendar management to WordPress. It supports unlimited bookings for consultations, classes, meetings, service visits, and event registrations. Set up one-to-one, group, or recurring meetings, then pick an online, in-person, phone, or custom location. Virtual appointments can include automatically generated Zoom or Google Meet links.

Set the schedule customers can book

Define weekly hours or availability for a date range or open-ended future dates. Meeting durations, date overrides, buffer times, and booking frequency limits shape the slots customers can select. Add custom questions to collect attendee details. Time zones can adjust automatically for attendees, or administrators can lock them when a schedule requires it.

Publish booking forms and coordinate hosts

Place a booking page on your site with a WordPress shortcode. Booking forms can collect attendee information, with integrations for Contact Form 7 and Fluent Forms. Assign hosts to bookings and manage their access permissions. Hosts can manage their meetings, bookings, availability, and integrations, while administrators control host access.

Review bookings in list or calendar views, sort by day, week, or month, and filter by host or date. Dashboard reports display booking activity, earnings, and completed or canceled appointments over daily, weekly, or monthly periods.

Connect calendars, payments, and notifications

Sync schedules with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook Calendar. Google Calendar supports two-way synchronization; Outlook two-way synchronization is a Pro capability. CRM integrations include Zoho, AWeber, FluentCRM, and HubSpot, with HubSpot identified as a Pro integration. Virtual meeting links can connect appointments with Zoom or Google Meet.

Choose whether bookings are free or paid. For paid bookings, connect WooCommerce, PayPal, or Stripe. Email notifications can send confirmations, rescheduling updates, and reminders, with settings by booking status. Pro notification settings include SMS or WhatsApp through Twilio and notifications in Slack or Telegram. Pro also includes webhook support and options to import or export settings, hosts, meetings, and bookings.

Configure and publish your booking workflow

Install the add-on, then configure services, hosts, availability, and calendar settings. Create a booking page with the WordPress shortcode and choose whether appointments are free or paid. For paid bookings, connect WooCommerce, PayPal, or Stripe. Add supported form, CRM, and calendar integrations as needed, then publish the booking page.
