Configure programs and point rules

MyRewards Premium extends the MyRewards points and rewards system for WooCommerce. Create multiple loyalty programs for different purposes or customer groups, then set them to work together or independently. Each program can have its own points name or use an image in place of one.

Set how points are earned and expire

Customers can earn points through more than 20 actions, including purchases, registration, birthdays, referrals, product reviews, recurrent visits, social sharing, newsletter subscriptions and subscription renewals. Social sharing rules can award points for a share or only when it brings new users. Newsletter subscriptions work with MC4WP and The Newsletter Plugin. WooCommerce Subscriptions compatibility covers initial subscriptions and renewals.

The ambassador and referral systems can reward customers for bringing new customers or for the spending those customers generate. Referral options include a tracking interface. Timed programs let you set up loyalty events for occasions such as Christmas, Easter or a website anniversary. Choose among three point expiration methods: inactivity, periodical or transactional. Points earned on an order can be removed when the order is cancelled or refunded. With supported multi-currency add-ons, point awards can vary by the currency used.

Let customers exchange points and progress

Customers can redeem points for more than 10 reward types, including cart discounts, WooCommerce coupons, free products, free shipping and visitor roles. Advanced leveling and membership systems, badges and achievements provide additional ways to structure customer progress.

Administrators can review customer point histories, adjust balances and award points or rewards directly. Choose which emails to send from seven types, and customize emails for customers who unlock a reward.

Choose where loyalty details appear

WooCommerce integration can display loyalty information on product pages, My Account pages, cart and checkout pages, and in WooCommerce emails. More than 20 shortcodes and over 10 widgets let you place points, rewards and related information in other suitable store locations.

Predefined wizards guide the setup of events and loyalty programs. Import and export tools support moving points from another loyalty extension. The REST API can connect the loyalty system with third-party software.

Set up the store program

Install and activate MyRewards Premium on your WooCommerce site. Use the available wizards and settings to make programs, choose earning actions and rewards, and select where loyalty details appear. As the program runs, review point histories and customer balances, making adjustments when needed.
