Ninja Tables Premium for interactive WordPress tables

Ninja Tables Premium and Ninja Tables Pro are paid editions for building interactive WordPress tables without code. Organize products, comparisons, pricing, academic data, sports standings, posts, employee statistics, reviews, specifications, media galleries, or movie information. Add a finished table to a page or post with its shortcode.

Choose a table mode

Advanced mode lets you configure columns and data types such as text, HTML, numeric values, dates, select fields, images, documents, lightboxes, buttons, and links. Simple mode uses a drag-and-drop builder with text, button, icon, rating, list, HTML, and shortcode elements. Pro also includes image, styled-list, ribbon, progress-bar, and text-icon elements in Simple mode. Both modes support unlimited data.

Connect or import table data

Depending on the selected table creation option and edition, you can use Google Sheets, WooCommerce products or reviews, WordPress posts, pages or custom post types, Fluent Forms entries, FluentCart products, external CSV files, or custom SQL queries. You can also enter data manually or import CSV and JSON files. Available sources vary by creation option and edition.

Google Sheets tables use published spreadsheet data connected through the sheet link. Table data can be exported in CSV or JSON format. One-click migration is available for tables from TablePress and Data Tables Generator by Supsystic.

Filter, format, and display information

Search and custom filters help users find entries in a table. Conditional formatting applies rules such as equal, not equal, contains, or does not contain, and can change cell colors, text colors, cell content, or CSS classes. Multimedia fields support entries such as images, files, and lightboxes. Front-end editing is available for workflows where table data should be edited from the website front end.

For table structure, you can use stackable tables, merge or split cells, and transform values with HTML. Responsive layouts include six breakpoints, with options to show or conceal columns. Stackable Table Configuration displays rows as separate stacked tables on smaller screens.

Customize tables with more than 100 styles, predefined color schemes, custom colors, and CSS libraries including Bootstrap 3, Bootstrap 4, and Semantic UI. More than 50 free table templates can be downloaded as ZIP files, imported from JSON, customized, and embedded.

Charts and common uses

Ninja Tables works with Ninja Charts to display dynamic charts and graphs using ChartJS or Google Charts. Tables can present product listings and comparisons, pricing, academic or sports data, post directories, employee statistics, reviews, specifications, media galleries, and movie information.

Set up and embed a table

Install and activate the paid edition through your WordPress dashboard, then open the Ninja Tables dashboard. Choose Advanced or Simple mode, select a table creation option, add or connect data, tailor the styling and available filters, and save the table. Place it on your website with its shortcode.
