Lightweight Cookie Notice Professional extends the customizable notice from Lightweight Cookie Notice with consent management and visitor preference utilities. The notice is generated with a single 9 KB gzipped file written in pure JavaScript. The extension is intended for high-performance websites and sites with many visits. JavaScript checks cookie acceptance, and the add-on works with WP Super Cache, W3 Total Cache, LiteSpeed Cache, and WP Fastest Cache.

Let visitors review and change preferences

Add the Cookies editor block to display one or more cookie audit tables in a post. The Delete Cookies block lets visitors reset their preferences, and the Revisit Consent block lets them change those preferences.

An optional modal can display a cookies policy, privacy policy, or other custom information without sending visitors to another page. Enter custom HTML to include cookie or vendor lists, document links, and other information.

Set the notice's appearance and display rules

Choose from 83 style options for typography, element colors, borders, drop shadows, opacity, and other visual details. Place the notice at the top, middle, or bottom of the screen. It is responsive, with a breakpoint setting for switching between desktop and mobile layouts.

Geolocation can limit the notice to a custom list of countries. The MaxMind GeoLite2 option requires an account, downloaded databases, and configured file paths. The alternative HTTP-based geolocation service requires no account.

Optional behavior includes a shake effect when a visitor clicks outside the notice, a transparent mask that prevents site use until consent is given, custom cookie expiration, and a page reload after acceptance. Test mode shows the notice only to the site administrator while its content, colors, and behavior are configured.

Set up the plugin

Install the Professional version in WordPress, then use its settings to configure notice content, appearance, position, behavior, and cookie expiration. Set up geolocation for country-based display, and configure consent logs or Google Consent Mode as needed. Add the editor blocks to posts where visitors should review or manage cookie information.
