Ultimate Exporter Pro for WordPress and WooCommerce

Ultimate Exporter Pro adds scheduled exports, advanced filters, Google Sheets integration, and selected custom-field support to the WP Ultimate CSV Importer ecosystem. It requires the free WP Ultimate CSV Importer plugin. Export supported WordPress and WooCommerce data as CSV, XML, XLS, XLSX, JSON, or TSV documents, or send it to Google Sheets.

Which records and formats can you export?

Select posts, pages, custom post types, custom fields, visitors, WooCommerce products and orders, reviews, coupons, media, comments, and other supported records. Product exports can include variations, images, categories, and attributes. Use exports for catalog updates, order reports, backups, or moving selected data between WordPress websites.

How do Pro controls narrow exports?

Set recurring schedules and filter by category, status, selected columns, post IDs, title, or custom fields. Other available controls include date ranges, author-specific exports, and queries for posts, users, and comments. For an order report, choose WooCommerce orders, set a date range, and choose XLS as the export format.

Iteration-based processing divides large exports into smaller batches to help prevent timeouts and improve stability. Exported files are automatically formatted to help avoid CSV and XML errors.

Which integrations and fields are covered?

Pro works with custom fields from ACF, Toolset Types, JetEngine, and Meta Box. The exporter also lists multilingual export support through WPML and Polylang, along with integrations including MemberPress, LearnPress, Easy Digital Downloads, SureCart, GeoDirectory, bbPress, WP Job Manager, and Events Calendar.

What does migration require?

Install the free WP Ultimate CSV Importer add-on first, then install the exporter add-on. In the WordPress admin panel, choose the content or WooCommerce data, select a file type, and configure the available filters and fields.

For a migration ZIP, select a post type, provide a file name, choose the data and settings, and generate the bundle with its default mapping information. Download it for use with the importer's One-Click Import option.
