Build forms and place them on pages
Add fields with a click, drag them into order, mark fields as required, and save the form. A shortcode places a form on a post or page, and a page can contain multiple forms. To reuse a design, duplicate a form you have already built. Custom CSS is supported, along with two-column, three-column and mixed field layouts.
Choose fields and guide users
Field types include text inputs, textareas, checkboxes, radio buttons, select dropdowns, address fields, dates, email fields, URLs, currency, numbers, times, phone numbers, HTML, file uploads, fieldset sections, and plain or HTML-formatted instructions. Fieldsets group related items. Required-field settings and jQuery form validation help guide visitors as they enter information.
Store submissions and review entries
Submissions are stored in the WordPress database and managed from the dashboard. Search entries, filter submissions, and use bulk actions to export entries to CSV or delete them. Entry details can include the submission date and IP address. An option disables saving all entries for processes that should not retain submissions; the product description identifies this option for GDPR-related requirements.
Confirmations and follow-up email
After submission, display a customized confirmation message with HTML-formatted text, redirect visitors to a WordPress page, or send them to a custom URL. Send submissions to multiple email addresses. A customized confirmation email can go to the user, include additional HTML-formatted text, and attach a copy of the submitted entry as an email receipt.
Forms and spam protection
Every form includes a simple, accessible text CAPTCHA. The extension also lists reCAPTCHA availability and Akismet support as additional spam-protection options.
Create a form in the dashboard
Open Visual Form Builder > Add New, enter the form details, and click fields in the box on the left to add them. Open each field to edit its information, drag fields into the desired order, and select Save Form. Then place the form's shortcode on a post or page.
