Watu PRO lets you publish quizzes, exams, tests, surveys, polls, and questionnaires for education, training, assessment, or feedback. Add an assessment to a post or page with a shortcode, or use automatic publishing. Results can appear when a participant finishes, with answers shown immediately after selection or at the end of the quiz.
Choose questions and how they appear
Use single-choice, multiple-choice, open-end essay, required, and survey questions. Survey questions can work without a correct or incorrect state. Organize questions into categories and filter by category. Deactivate questions when needed, randomize their order, or draw random questions from a pool. Grades can also represent personality types.
How answer points determine grades
Assign points to individual answers and set point levels for grades. Watu PRO totals the points collected and uses that score to determine a grade. This supports structured exams as well as quizzes that classify results by grade or personality type.
Review the list of participants and their results with reports and data analysis. Export results to CSV for use outside WordPress, or import questions from a CSV file when preparing a larger question set.
Participant access and delivery
Student logins are available for assessments that require registered participants. The interface is designed for mobile and touch screens. Quiz results can load through Ajax, with an option to switch to regular loading if needed.
Administrators can receive a notification when someone takes a quiz, and participants can receive their results by email. Schedule a quiz for a defined date and time interval. Results can be shared on Facebook and Twitter. A basic bar chart can compare a participant's points with the average points for that quiz.
Administration and setup
Watu PRO includes GDPR-related features: it does not shop IP addresses and delivers a personal data eraser hook for WordPress tools. MailChimp connection is available through the Watu to MailChimp Bridge.
Install Watu PRO in WordPress, then open Watu Quizzes in the dashboard. Create an assessment, add questions and categories, and configure points, grades, answer display, notifications, and scheduling. Publish it in a post or page with a shortcode, or select automatic publishing.
