WP Chat App Pro adds WhatsApp contact points to WordPress and WooCommerce websites. Visitors can reach a team with support, presales, order, discount or product-use questions through a floating widget, web beacon or button. Show the widget on selected pages or in the corners of all pages, and use dynamic shortcodes to prepare messages with relevant context.

Agent details shape the conversation

Add multiple agent accounts to a WhatsApp contact box. Each profile can include a name, title, custom color and greeting. Pro adds avatars and custom availability and working hours. When schedules are set, the widget can show when an agent returns and the remaining wait in hours and minutes.

Product placement depends on the store layout

WooCommerce stores can add an Order on WhatsApp button to product pages and assign a specific agent or expert to a product. The standard placement is after Add to Cart. Pro also supports placement before Add to Cart or after the long or short product description.

Shortcodes let editors add contact buttons to pages, posts, sidebars, widgets and other site-builder components, then choose an agent suited to the content. In-page and in-post buttons support unlimited show. A WhatsApp Gutenberg block is also available.

Tracking and consent have separate settings

Pro event tracking supports Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Facebook Pixel. The built-in GDPR cookie notice checkbox can require visitors to agree to the relevant terms and conditions before sending a message.

The extension works with many WordPress caching and optimization add-ons, including LiteSpeed, W3 Total Cache and WP Rocket. Multilingual sites can use translation utilities such as WPML and Polylang.

Setup follows the chosen contact path

After activating the plugin, add a WhatsApp account from the WhatsApp menu and select the profile for the Floating Widget. Configure agent details, colors, greetings and working hours as needed. Create pre-filled messages with dynamic shortcodes; WooCommerce stores can enable the product button and choose its placement, while editors can add buttons to pages and posts with shortcodes.
